
Why our Coffees taste better ?
The Optimal time for the best tasting coffee is 3 to 6 days
after it is roasted. That is the peak time for the oils in
the bean to be at their very best. The large national
coffee chains have central roasting locations which take
weeks or months before it gets to your cup. That is why
those big chains have bitter tasting coffees.
Blue Marble coffees
are selected from the best local roasters and delivered weekly to get the
freshest, best tasting, and highest quality possible.
We have also invested in the
best equipment possible. Our espresso machine is the La Marzocco from
Florence Italy. We have also installed the top of the line water filtration
system specifically for the our coffee and espresso machines.
Blue Marble select Organic, Fair Trade, and Rain Forest Alliance coffees
whenever possible.
We believe that making
superb coffee is an art form that can never be achieved by a simple touch of
a button, but with careful, meticulous practice and attention.
